Park Session This Morning

Photographed a couple of cute kids today. We did half of the session indoor and half outdoor. Check out some of the portraits from the session below.

Early Morning at the Park

Today early morning we did a session at the park. This was our 2nd session together this past week. Sometimes kids just don't want to smile when we want them to. Which is perfectly fine. Part of my guarantee is if we don't get it the first time around we can try again. Here are a couple of images from the session this morning. We concentrated on getting a family photo only. I think we spent about 20 minutes at the park for the 2nd session.


One of my favorites, both kids are smiling, expressions is the most important to me when I capture portraits so this one is defiantly one of my favorites.

Family Day

Today I spent some time with my family. We went on the Thomas Train ride over towards Santa Cruz. My son and his friend Logan had fun riding on the train. Here are a few images from the day.

He loves his ice cone.....It was a hot day.

Even though he has his own he still wanted some of his friends Logan's as well.

Outdoor Studio Portraits

Kim and John invited me to their home today over in Palo Alto to do some new born portraits of their new baby girl and their son. We set up a black backdrop outside in their backyard. Also we did some candid shots of the kids as well. It was a super hot day so we even let their son play in the water and I got some portraits of him just having fun.

Congratulations to you both. You guys were so much fun to photograph today I had a great time. We got to walk around Palo Alto and just do some random location portraits which we even sneaked into a building for. Thanks for being so flexible and willing to walk around so much today. Long Beach 1 day Trip

I flew to Long Beach on Friday on Jet Blue Airline. I really liked the plane. They had a tv for every seat with live Direct TV I think I had like 30 channels to watch. It was really cool, made the flight go by really fast. Here are a few photos from my flight.

Maternity Portraits

It was a cloudy day today and a little chilly but Kristi and her husband Matthew were up for anything. We walked around the Marina park and did an outdoor maternity session. Below are a few portraits from the session.

Rylee's 1 Year Portraits

Happy Birthday to Rylee she is 1 year old. She came in today and we did half of the session indoors in the studio and half outside. She defiantly loved being outside more then inside. We did the traditional cake shots inside and man did we all get messy. Here are a few portraits from the session.

Sunday Wedding in Palo Alto

This Sunday I 2nd shot a wedding over in Palo Alto. It was a really nice day and bride and groom were super easy to work with. We got to do 3 different locations for their formal portraits so I was having a super great time. I love it when we get a lot of time to be creative with the couple on the day of the wedding. Here are a few images from the day.



We walked a couple of blocks to get to a place we wanted to do some formals and this is on our way back to reception.

Creative lighting is always fun. I used some new lighting techniques and new light modifiers to achieve the images above.

Random Place in Palo Alto but I love it.

The brick wall we walked to it was so worth it.

Twin Girls

Photographed a couple of cute twin girls today. Mom brought them dressed in their pink tutu's and I got to say we had people stopping and checking out these cute little babies. Here are a few portraits from the session.
